Login to eShopCart -> go to setting menu -> social tab ->enter the all your social account details and save.
Login to eShopCart -> go to Domains menu -> Add new domain button -> enter the your custom domain name details and save.
Make sure your domain or subdomain has an A record pointing to 139.59.77.148 or CNAME record pointing to www.eshopcart.in. Only subdomain.domain.com and domain.com formats are allowed
Click on the Signup or Register button, you need to enter required fields such as (Store Name, Email Address and Password), that’s it. You store will be created in seconds.
Absolutely not. You do not pay any transaction or commission charge on the orders received via our platform.

eShopCart only provides the platform to create your online store. You will have to manage the delivery for the orders you receive.
All your data is encrypted and 100% secured. All data is stored in cloud servers in India.

You must share a valid ID to be verified as a seller on eShopCart. Verification can be done by sharing a photo of the Aadhar Card, GST number, and phone number.

To obtain your badge, email our support team at support@eshopcart.in with required details
You can deactivate your account by clicking on Settings menu, Account tab and then click on Deactivate My Account button to deactivate your store. And if you want to again activate your account, you need follow same navigation and there you will see Activate My Account button to activate your store again.

Note: If you deactivate your account, your store will not be visible to customers.
You can delete your account by clicking on Settings menu, Account tab and then click on Delete My Account button. Enter the reason and confirmation code and then click on confirm button to delete your account permanently.

Note: If you delete your account, your store’s entire data will be deleted and you will not be able to restore it.
